As a long-term Paramount production partner, we directed the end-to-end delivery of MTV Breaks during the MTV EMAs in Bilbao and Seville. This global initiative was designed to empower and mentor a new generation of creative talent, providing high-stakes workshops and apprenticeship experiences for emerging directors, photographers, and designers within a professional broadcast environment.
We also programmed and managed the week of workshops, talks and parties featuring Spanish A-list talent to inspire and guide participants through "money-can't-buy" career milestones. By providing the structure for young creatives to achieve tangible professional success on a world-class stage, this initiative highlights our commitment to fostering cultural legacy and our ability to develop the future of the creative industries.
